I think that i started gaining weight around 10 years old where i started getting taller and more when i hit puberty.. Then i started eating more when everything's change.. Parents divorced, follow mum to another town for a new life and without any friends at first, i spent all my time eating and getting hard to control. According to some of my friends, I'm eating every time they saw me. After that rejection from the boy i once lovE, i start to lose weight.. By Mei this year, i reached my ideal weight and lower, 52 kg.. Today is Halloween and i gain 3-4 kg which put it at around 55kg..So, i want to lose those weight again to 50 or at least 52kg again..

CC has helped me lose weight and I reached my ideal weight months ago.But i couldn't keep it off..Yes,my eating pattern changed.No more fast food but I been binge in so often.White bread especially and now the weight is creeping back up.I couldn't stand it.

I want to reach 50kg or at least 52 kg before 27/12.. Its an important day to me..

 

CW : 55kg

HW : 60kg

LW : 52/52.5

Height : 165-167

Breast : almost Flat :P

Butt : Boys butt.

Aim : Be the most handsome girl in school..thats why i have to lose a lot of weight and gain lean muscle.I'm sick of being the ugly girl..Prefer to be handsome instead of beautiful(which will never happen)..

 

To make it happen : at least 30 minutes of brisk walking for 3 days per week and gradually make more days.

For every 2 kg i drop, i should reward myself right?

54kg : have no idea yet

52kg : 1 pieces of cake / a pair of jeans,25"-26" perhap

50kg : no idea too

I read in an article, that food burn faster when it was consume in a relax situation and was treated NOT like enemy.. I trying that in order to stop my bulimia ie, binging and purging constantly.. Slowly, I know I can do it..
