I'm gonna have to back out of this challenge. =/ I'm in recovery for bulimia now and treatment's becoming more constant. I've been told to stop exercising. Though I'm sure walking is okay, between the appointments and meetings and meltdowns, I just don't have the time for this challenge. Best of luck to everyone else, though! |

I saw my new dietician yesterday and I really, really like her. At my next appointment we're setting up a meal plan but I e-mailed her asking if we could set one up sooner. Thanks to everyone for the help, though. |

Another 2.73 miles this morning. I'm gonna have to find a way to fit in some more miles tonight. I have a long bike ride planned, so hopefully I'm not too tired for an evening walk. |

I just really wanted to have myself on track before I started going there. :S It seems impossible right now but there have been times I haven't paid attention to calories. I really wish I could just snap my fingers and get back there. I tried to make a meal plan for myself not too long ago, and it came out being like, 100 calorie meals and a dozen snacks to try and fill up the huge 1700 gap I had left. :P |
