WOOO HOOOOO  another good week if  you could see me now ..I'm doing a happy dance  :))))

Goal weight :170-175

I feel like I'm on a roll BUT!!!! I have a big family BBQ today and I have a ton of  cooking to do this should be fun  :)

Yes it was a great surprise had me dancing around the house all day with new found energy lol . But one of the reasons I went also was because my sweat was starting to smell like ammonia after a hour and 1/2 bike ride.. My doctor told me not to worry  I should just eat a bigger per-work out meal /snack .. but yes still so very stoked about the weight loss .... thanks guys keep at it if I can do ANYONE!!! can do it ..Laughing

OK just got back from the doctors and I think I need a new scale  lol

Drum roll please 

starting weight 210

challenge starting weight 200 and I was stuck there for a long time  lol

Current weight 195  and that's at the scale at my doctors so that's with cloths on lol Embarassed 

My goal is 170 -175

I have to say I was ready to give up I wasn't sure if anything was working and my scale lying to me didn't help but now that I've got the right weight from my doctor  I feel better ready to go.. It sure help to know that all the efforts are worth it ... So to every that feels like its not going anywhere don't give up we can and will do this ....

I'm going to save my Saturday weigh in for Monday I'm going to see my doctor Monday morning and get weighed... I'm having a hard time eating 1500 + caloties I just can't get all that food in to me .... I'm, lucky if I get 1100 a day :(

Will don't I feel like a fool not knowing what you ment about the cooler surrounding it lol.. I have one big ass cooler making it hard to find the 6 pack lol

I started doing that also I'll do a hour ride in the morning before the suns up and the in the evening I would take the dog out for a walk for 30 min cause that's about all he can handle :)

My legs are feeling better I think in time they wont huts any more ..It's just been a very long time since I've done any type on exercise lol

lol if I had that the 11 lbs I did  get off in the past 2 months would be back in a day Frown... I eat right and I ride everyday my legs hate me I've been thinking  maybe I shouldn't ride everyday... I do my strength  training  every other day right now I just want to drop the weight and then I'm going to start working hard on the muscle... I know its probably the wrong way to go about it ..I'm just tired of being fat and feel like crap ....I ride 2 hours a some times more  should I keep riding everyday?

Yes I am doing some strenght training. I can;t get to a gym I just don't have the money for that  I have 2 sets of weights 10 and 20 lbs.. I do the best I can with what I have .. I do burpees and sprints I don't have a kettle ball  but I use my 20 lbs weight and do swings ... I'll try training you  have here  thank you ..

 Bike twice  a day for a hour or more each time  7 days week ..Is that tomuch maybe

I do a work out with weights and some abs and back shoulders every other day ...  maybe I should cut back on some cardio...  I've been thinking about putting 10 lbs weight in and back pack and given that a try see if that changes thing up a bit ...

Hello every one and boy I need help I have no clue what I'm doing lol

max weight was: 210

current weight :200

current gaol 190

long term goal 170

Likes: book, movies, fast cars, fast bikes  and fast  food ( no I don't eat fast food lol )

Hates: not knowing  how to loss 30lbs :(

I've was on roll 210 to 200 in no time its been 3 weeks now and can't get get past 200 I tried more calorie I've tried less I've changed my work outs I even do more now I do 1 hour bike ride in the morning and then a hour after dinner I eat 5 small meals a day and try to hit 1500 calorie day give or take .. if anyone have anything I haven't tried please let me know its driven me nuts..

I have all the time in the world to go for a ride I love it ..Its become my think to do now he he he .I put on my mp3 and just ride ..I don't have a great bike its a walmart  mountain bike kind of hard on the butt ..I don't have money for a good bike so I make do with what I have..

My energy level is good I've just stared eating breakfast again have been for about 2 weeks now Watching my calorie in take ..I feel good.. but the weight lose just seems to have stopped ...And good thing I don't need to stay at max heart rate omg I can't even get up there I tried lol ..

I ride bike 2 hours a day 1 hour in the morning after breakfast and then again in the evening after dinner ..My question is do I have to ride at my max heart rate for a long time to burn calories I'm 41 so my max heart rate is 179 if I'm doing it right . 220 - age =max heart rate.. I also to some weights at home and abs work outs.. I've hit a weight loss plateau at 200 lbs been there for a month now can't seem to break it ..even upped my calorie in take and nothing..
