Bio

Hi there, I though I should update my bio, so here we go.....

  • Im 25 years old. Im a stay at home mom but as of Sept. 11/06 I will be a college student. (I'm so excited)
  • My current weight is 130 pound and my goal weight is 115 pounds.
  • I plan to lose weight by powerwalking on my treadmill for 45 mins - 1 hour 5 days a week. Im also going to try to work in a stability ball toning DVD a couple day a week.
  • I also plan to eat healthy. Im going to stick to whole foods. My diet will consist of vegtables, fruit, whole grains, low fat dairy, beans, nuts, fish, poultry, a little lean red meat, and lots of water and green tea. Im going to stay away from prcessed food. Im also going to take a multivitamin everyday.
