30 yrs old (look much younger) :)
5'4'. Weighed 120 in college, but my career did me in. I'm a senior meteorologist and computer programmer, which doesn't exactly offer much in the way of weight loss. So, 46 lbs later I decided to do something about it.
Starting weight: 166lbs.
I'm also the type who couldn't run a mile w/o wanting to puke your brains out, so using an 8 week training plan on this site, my goal is to run a 5K by the end of September.
Update: Goal met in early October. Best time: 26:30
I was also the scrawny kid in school, so it would be nice to put on some muscles and have some ab definition for that next reunion.
