Bio

Here it goes.  On the outside I resemble your typical 19 year old college freshman.  However, within the past year I have been through alot as far as weight and self-esteem is concerned.  After struggling with an eating disorder, I have finally decided to get down to my *ideal* weight of 140.   After shrinking all the way down to 120 with a 5'8 athletic frame, my entire situation has been a complete rollercoaster.  Through proper eating and exercising, I plan to lose weight by listening to my body and eating everything in moderation until I am satisfied.  I hope to use this site for support while on the road to a happier, healthier, more confident young woman.
