I know I'm probably really old since this is a "young teen" but I'm 19 and stopped eating meat like 3 years ago. I packed on the pounds too but that was because I decided cheetos and french fries would be a good replacement for meat. I'm still trying to lose the weight i gained but this summer i started eating what was refered to as a "pesco-vegan" diet. I'm morally against eating animals but it really did help with weight loss. I only ate scallops and shrimp and SOME crab however everything else I eat is plant based and I dont wear leather and use cruelty free beauty products. really if you worked the vegan diet well you'd get all the nutrients you need but it's really hard. im in college so i'm "cheating" but when i can plan and make my own meals i fully intend on going vegan.

I actually have started eating what i consider to be a lot better. In high school I almost completely ate Lean Cuisines and Boca/Morningstar products and since I started college I eat spinach salads, beans, occasionally tofu, lots of soy products/beans and eggs. Occassionally get ice cream or brownies but I don't take like enormous portions and dont do it often. For breakfast/snacks I eat fruit or cereal. I have no clue what's going on with my body and I really can't eat crap during the off meal time hours because I only have fruit and water in my mini fridge.

oh i am doing chest and back and abs i just got lazy and figured ya'll didn't want a complete list of my workout...my legs are what i'm worried about because i'm a dancer and as is i pretty much have tree trunks... =/

my boyfriend and i salsa and believe me it's a ton of fun! you may feel awkward at first but if you just laugh at yourself and open yourself to learning, it becomes so much more enjoyable

ive had dreams like that and i feel awful and go make myself puke or something...its weird...i actually woke up and thought i ate meat...went to the bathroom and puked and realized it was a dream... =[ i NEVER want meat in my body again... [btw this is not a "pro mia" becuz i got a post deleted becuz apparently it was pro ana or pro mia...rolls eyes]

egg white omelte with broccoli, green peppers, and mushrooms covered in spicy salsa, 5 of those extra large strawberries [with benadryl since im allergic] grapes pears and pineapples and yes some fresca [i kno soda=bad but its sparkling grapefruit juice]

A little under a year. I've always loved animals and thought I wanted to be a vegetarian but this past summer my uncle had a pig roast at his 2nd wedding. The pig looked like it had a frown and it's eyes slumped downwards like it was crying. I was so hurt by it. Therefore I'm veggie :)

Wow that is absolutely disgusting. I'm a vegetarian and I don't eat poptarts because I don't really like to eat junk food but WOW that is nasty.

what a nut job. i just got a job at a supermarket that i NEVER go to. i was thinking "hey a job is a job right?" then i go to orientation and they tell me all this **** about God and how we serve God and BS about God and christian morals. Working here ought to be real fun...=/

Read a lot. The classics are good. Aristotle, Dante, philosphers, and anything else ur interested in. Also hang out with the smart kids! From just hanging around them I learned to derive equations in calc, and the Greek alphabet This might sound dumb...if ur into english...read the dictionary...really its kinda fun and u find out cool words to use
