My Weight Ticker

My starting weight from this summer is 150. I've lost 3 punds so far, but want to get down to 140 by winter. Losing weight is VERY difficult for me. I am not particularly overweight, just want to get in better shape that's all. My BMI is 23% and I would like to get it down to 20% eventually.
My main main main problem is eating late at night and sticking to my calorie recomendations. I have a fairly fast metabolism and end up snacking a lot. The problem is, once i start snacking I just can't stop and my day turns into a continuous snack. 
Lately, I've been trying to keep my cals really low at least two day a week, because it's almost more feasable for me to do a mild fast, than to control my eating. This actually has worked the best for me: on Mondays and Wednsdays I try to keep my cals around 500 a day.
