I've always been thin even when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism.  A few years ago, my thyroid became dangerously nodular, so I had it removed.  After that, I slowly but surely started gaining weight.  I tried to exercise more, but I've finally come to conclusion that I have to restrict my diet.  CC has been helpful in me eating less and eating SO much healthier (calorie, fiber, and sodium). I'm not "overweight", but I'm not comfortable in my own skin at my present weight.  I hope to lose another 8-10 pounds by my one year anniversary with CC.
