I'm a yoyo-er in the weight department, but the last few years I have been yoyoing between fat and fatter. I'm sick of hating myself and not recognizing the person in the mirror. I've committed to healthier eating and EXERCISE! =) I want... I WILL weigh 140 by the end of the year.
