The best breakfast is turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, and toast (or asparagus)

Perhaps omitting the toast would be better, but it's really yummy!

I've eaten 100% paleo for two years with no fail and then on day just binged and quit because I never allowed myself any treats and it ruined me. Mentally I think having a little bit of the foods you love will help you sustain your diet in the long run. Just don't overdo it.

Why do you even ask if you wont acknowledge what people say? It's like talking to a brick wall.

@amethystgirl maybe i'll put bacon in the next batch of guacamole I make ;)

@zombers I make all of my food the day before since I'm up at 6am for starters. I am not a morning person at all. No way in hell would I be able to get up any earlier to cook and do dishes after (I am only renting a room and therefore very respectful of shared spaces).

Boiled eggs and microwave frozen veg?

Leftovers?

great idea Chickey_soup! No oil needed?

Nope! (sorry to answer for you Chickey!)

Zombers, NO nutritional value? Really? A 100-calorie serving of air popped corn has 4g of fiber, 3.5g protein, 1.2g fat and 4% RDI iron. Are there more nutrient dense things to eat? Absolutely! Does every single food we eat have to be nutrient dense? Absolutely not.

That's true. But if you're looking for satisfaction and fullness popcorn isn't very helpful haha.
