Progress??

Okay so the day is getting close and I'm becoming nervous.  I had 11 pounds to lose and started Sept 3.  Thought that would be plenty of time to make the Thanksgiving dead line but here it is Oct 29 and I've lost 7 pounds.  Not likely I'll make 11 unless something clicks and I start losing again.

I'm going to have to find a way to squeeze some cardio into the day.  I don't think I can cut back the calories anymore and not be hungry.

How's everyone else doing??

Close, but didn't hit my target goal. School definatly kicked things off track for two weeks, but overall I did loose 5 pounds in three weeks, so I know if I get back on track (kickboxing class tomorrow!! (: ) I should be at my target 175 by Christmas. Anyone want to have a Christmas goal? Account-ablitiy-buddies!

Take care,

My goal was actually Thanksgiving therefore I"m still going.  I have three more pounds to loss and I'm hoping I can make it.

Although I'd be at maintence at that point.  I really can't go any lower thatn 105 at 4 '11" It's physically difficult.

My temp goal is to be 133lbs. I was wavering at 138 (thinnest) - 143 (eating too much). Now I did get to 133.4 for ONE DAY. yeah that day is over now. lol. I am between 136.4-138.4lbs depending on my diet. I did take 2 weeks off the gym to recover (should cuff & trying to get my period back) and during those 2 weeks I spun way outta control. Some days eating 700 cals, others I took in 2400. It was all over the place and I can visually see my stomach has went from lean and getting some definition to becoming bloated and really not pretty.

Back on track now. I know I can make my goal of 133 by the end of this month, but really my goal is to stop being a bouncy ball, get control over myself, and only allow one crappy day per month (not a straight session of crap days)
