progress pics

Hey guys,

So I posted some before-and-after pictures in my gallery, really just to see for myself.  I was feeling down and fat because I was a pound (HOW SILLY-1 LB YEESH). It really shocked me and made me proud how far I have come.

It's not extreme weight loss, just healthy (about -30lbs). I have been maintaining for a good 4 months now quite happily.  Maybe they inspire someone, maybe they don't but I figured I would post em anyways...bc I am damn proud! hehe

It seemed no matter what weight you were you were always proportional so you got lucky :] Oh, and that hiking trip looks fun fun fun!

Congrats sealion, you look fantastic!!  But than I think you looked terrific in you before pics too!  Be really proud of yourself, you deserve it!  Looks like you are in a really healthy place.

You look great!!!  How tall are you?  I'm at the exact same weight, and just want to see if I can consider myself the same size as you.  Sometimes it's hard for me to see what I really look like in the mirror.

Hey everyone thanks for all the support!!!

I am 5'9" so I guess I have been blessed with the ability to "disperse" my weight well. I never looked "fat" per se, even at 165...I also have a very keen ability to hide my weight in baggy shirts and sweats. It was SO hard for me to even find a picture that semi-shows what I looked like bc I was always layering and layering baggy stuff. And then I lose 30 lbs and boom Im in dresses and a bikini haha!

i can't believe how in love with cc i am right now.

sometimes my self-esteem can be pretty low, can't it for all of us right? but the positive energy and feedback i get on this site is way beyond weight watchers, jenny craig etc...it is REAL people giving REAL support.
