prom is tomorrow! I am scared to death!

I am so scared about going out in that dress of mine. The dress is pretty, but I don't think I look that great in it. Just not to sure if I can pull it off.  I have to be seen in front of all my peers in it too! I guess I am just nervous. I don't want them to make any comments. The dress is really pretty though. It took me forever to find the one i wanted!

The dress is beautiful!  Great color.  Looks amazing on you.  I just did the whoel purchase a prom dress routine iwth my daughter.  She settled on a lovely black dress that shows off her waist.  She recently dropped some weight as well.  This will be her first time showing it off and she is just as nervous as you are.

So the dress is a lock, what about your hair?  Have you given it any thought? 

I am going with a Chinese guy named Lu. He is totally sweet. We are getting out of classes tomorrow, and me and three other friends are getting ready together. My best friend is doing my hair and nails. It is at a really nice banquet hall in the business district of the city. I heard that the junior class is brining a sound system along too, so that afterwards, we can go into the park, and dance in the moonlight (me and some of my friends). We are then probably crashing at my house afterwards. I am sooo stinkin' excited! Senior trip is next weekend too!!!! Lots of fun stuff going on!

ismile67 - I have thought some about my hair. I am wearing it completely up, to better accent the strapless top. My hair has some natural curl, so I might wear it curly, and pinned down to my head. I dunno though. I am not good with that kind of thing. I wish I had a more creative idea!

You can have so much fun your hair.  Each style will completely change your look too.

My daughter has curly hair too (so do I, as you see in my profile).  The other night she was playing with her and put it up a little higher than the center of the back of the head.  Then she pulled a few stands down to frame her face.  Her strands come to just below her chin.  We figured we could emphasize the curls that are framing the face.  Keeping it light though as we don't want her style to drop out by nights end.   Her promi is being held at Sea World here in San Diego.  So the oustide air is a factor for them.
