Protein Balls Recipe

Yummy way to get in 10gr protein per ball. Not sure how many balls this makes so calories are for complete recipe.

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
230 grams whey protein powder(1 cup)
1 cup crispy rice cereal
1/3 cup water
42 7/10 grams cocoa, dry powder(3Tbsp)
8 teaspoons Splenda
Directions
  1. Mix PB, Protein Powder of your choice, splenda to taste. and rice crispies together. Use water to wet palms of your hand before rolling. Roll into 1" balls and coat with cocoa powder and remainder of splenda.

  2. Refrigerate for 1 week.

  3. Supposedly 10gr protein per ball.
