I usually have around 160 grams of protein daily.
Is this bad in any way?
It doesnt feel right having so much protein lol it just looks like alot of grams of protein.
I just wanted to know if this is safe in any way.
Way too much. It shoud be like your weight / 2 -10
in the beginning of my recovery when all i wanted to eat was protein my nutritionist said she didn't care how much protein i got as long as it didn't fill me up to the point that i couldn't eat other things, but i had to drink a lot more water and still get the right ratio of protein/fats/carbs, which meant a lot more food overall.
I usually have the opposite problem, just curious what does a days worth of meals look like for you?
unless you have an existing kidney problem then it is safe.
