Protein

Quote  |  Reply
It seems that I'm not eating enough protein, but I'm not a really big meat-eater.  What other foods contain protein that might help me increase my protein intake?

Thanks for the replies!  I guess I posted this question prematurely because I just found several threads asking the same question.  Sorry!

I do eat yogurt almost daily and didn't know that was a protein source, so that's good.

After reading the posts, I may try Luna bars.  They seem to be a pretty consistent recommendation and I LOVE chocolate!
I use Met-RX Supreme Whey protein powder which is good as a supplement.
I eat a lot of protein, and I get a lot of it from my Jay Robb protein powder, which is delicious!  Make a shake with unsweetened Almond Breeze and throw a banana in there.  Also, almonds are a great snack.  Do you eat a lot of soy?  I eat some Yves "chicken" and "beef" which are loaded with protein!

beans, peanut butter, veggie burgers, tuna and type of fish

i only eat 3 oz of fish a day and am never striving to meat protein requirements. what do you consider not enough protein?
