Can someone please recconmend some high protein foods? The easier the better. No beef or pork please, as it is expensive and low quality here.

A few high protein foods are:
- Peanut butter - 4g per tbsp
- Yogourt - 11-12g per cup
- Cheese (harder cheese has more) - 6-10g per oz
- Poultry - 30g per chicken breast
- Fish - 6g per oz
- Eggs - 6g for a large egg
- Nuts - 7-9g per 1/4 cup
- Seeds - varies greatly, but pumpkin seeds are the best
- Legumes (Beans) - 7-10g per 1/2 cup
- Tofu - 20g per 1/2 cup
- Soy Milk - 6-10g per cup
A couple more:
Soy (or whey) protein shakes
Cottage cheese
Beans: chick peas or garbanzo
