Okay so i usually get A's and B's on my days... but today it says F!!!

I saw that I have more protein as usual. About 57 grams and 20 something grams of fat. Almost 200 grams carbs. Could it be that I'm consuming to much protein!?

And who says vegetarians don't get enough protein! :D lol

i ate 87 grams of protein yesterday and got an A.. humm. Maybe if you list your whole days stuff we can analyze better.  I know when i add in a diet rockstar my score goes down the hatch :( I miss those.

It's not too much in percentage terms. If my math is right you got about 25% or so .
Nah, 57 grams probably isn't too much.  I read on one of these posts that the grading is based on nutrient density ... so compare your total intake in grams with your total intake in calories.  If they are close, you should get a better grade than if the total calories are a lot higher.

I also think sodium and fiber might factor in ... I generally get a better grade throughout the day when I get my fiber requirements in early on.
too much protein? I'm struggling to get enough in a day! I'd doubt it was protein that caused you to have a lower score though.
Sodium is my number 1 killer.
Protein shouldn't be a problem for most people (at least on the too much side).
I think the carbs and fat got you on this one.....
i changed it up... not by much... but i did and now i have an a! hoorah!
