protein pancake

Quote  |  Reply
1 egg

1/3 to 1/2 cup cottage cheese

1 scoop vanilla whey protein

1/4 cup old fashioned oats

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a non-stick pan (or use spray if needed) over medium heat.  Cook just like you would a regular pancake and serve with fresh/frozen berries and sugar-free pancake syrup for a delicious, healthy pancake!

I've made these using soy in place of the whey (soy is less expensive) - we love them with strawberries (no sugar on top).
sounds yummy!
How many pancakes does that make?
ive been wanting to try this, but am clueless as to what to substitute the scoop of vanilla protein. what do you guys use instead?
wow..that was a real good idea..taste great!
You could try Powdered nonfat milk and a little splenda...but it won't make the protein content as high.
