These are really tasty.
| 4 | large egg whites, raw |
| 3 | oz firm tofu, lite |
| 1/4 | cup nonfat cottage cheese |
| 1/2 | cup uncooked oatmeal |
Blend all ingredients together and cook like regular pancakes. Use .25 cup to dispense batter.
