umm. so this summer im planning on getting leaner and perhaps build some strength. i bought a MET-Rx Protein Plus today.

I'm 16 and i didn't realize it says u shouldnt use it if ur under 18..but i figured it'd be ok since this isn't my first protein shake.

i was just wondering how many shakes a day i should drink to help me lose weight
