Help!!!!   I need more protein and stuck!!!!!

Mushrooms, olivs, eggs are great for protein.  I use all of these when I make a salad.  It rounds out my meal.
beans, fish, eggs, tofu

Yogurt, cottage cheese and egg whites.. not all together. Maybe each with oatmeal?
