1/2 cup of skim milk
Natural peanutbutter 2 TBS
1 1/2 cup of oatmeal
Mix them all togather in a big bowl
Place in a cookie sheet with a spray of pam on the bottom
Place into the fridge overnight
Makes 6 bars

4.5 grams of healthy fat
12.5 grams of protien
16.6 grams of complex carbs
2.5 grams of fiber

I tagged this! Going camping and sounds like the perfect snack. Just to clarify, are the oats cooked or uncooked? And you just form them into bars and the fridge makes them more solid... if so if I did take them camping would they get mushy if they were in a plastic bag?

Keep them in a small cooler if at all possible, they will get mushy if you dont keep them cold. And the oats are uncooked.

do you have to refridgerate them? w/ the milk, i would that that would be absolutely necessary as you aren't cooking them in any way....
Add some flax seed and make it even better!
