Hi all -

I am trying to limit my red meat & poultry as I have a tendancy to consume too much. Does anyone have any good protien replacement suggestions that are natural (ie, not pre-prepared).

what about tofu and egg whites...  I 've heard rice,beans and cheese are the complete protein..good luck!

 

Thanks - i've never had tofu, but I am not opposed to trying it!Laughing

yogurt, preferably plain bc they add ridiculous amount of sweetners, if you want sweet, add your own honey...greek yogurt is especially good. as are nuts, in particular soynuts...1 serving=140 cals, 10g protein, 5g fiber

peanut butter, nuts, etc.
