What are you proud of?

Quote  |  Reply

I'm really proud of myself because I've lost 20 pounds since January, and can now wear a US size 10 instead of a size 12 or 14. I want to lose more, but even losing this much has done wonders for my self-esteem. Smile

So, what are you proud of?

That is enough to help keep you motivated isn't it!

Good for you!  I too seemed to have always lost weight slowly and it was frustrating.  Let me recommend if you want a jolt in your lost try several different types of aerobic exercises! Turbo Jam is great and offers huge fat burning effects as well as tones.  Kick boxing and just boxing in general are also great. Change it up often so your body doesn't get to the point where it doesn't want to drop pounds.

Good luck to you!

I started CC a little over a month ago and lost 15 pounds but the super fun part of the story is that the salesperson at the bridal shop accidently ordered my maid of honor dress 2 sizes too small for my sisters wedding in July and it fit! She was so happy for me and an added inspiration to loose more is they are willing to alter it for free!

I'm proud that I was able to complete my very first triathlon in just over 2 hours, and that I did each event without stopping. I'm also proud that I've increased my dumb-bell shoulder press weight by 150%.

I haven't lost any weight, but I'm stronger than I was a year ago!
