I went home from work, feeling like i had just ran 50 miles. I was exhausted. But a friend called that I usually go to cardio kickboxing with (which neither of us have the money for right now), so we did a workout DVD at my house.
Then I didn't feel like cooking the nice, healthy pork chops that were ready to be cooked. So i loaded my two step-children in the car and off the Cici's we went. (I know it was bad, but I thought that I could still eat healthy there). So i started off with a salad and one plate of a couple slices of pizza. Then of course I had to go back for the dessert pizza.
We left there and I felt horrible...that all my hard work for the week was gone. Plus I wanted to smoke so bad!!! But I didn't, I went home and power walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes.
LOL, by this time, it's like 11pm and I am cleaning house. Vacuuming, dusting, washing and folding clothes. Don't really know what came over me. About 12, i laid down to rest.
I woke up this morning and dreadfully got on the scale. Why should it change now? The scale hasn't gone down in weeks, and of course the one night I'm bad, surely it won't change. But for some reason it did! I went from 171.5 yesterday, to 168.5 this morning. I'm wondering if I'm eating enough?
