There are so many times that I get angry at myself for eating that cookie instead of fruit or watching tv when I could have been outside bike riding.  Well this thread is just the opposite.  What have you done today that you're proud of?  Even if it's something small like skipping a second helping, be proud!

I went walking/jogging at lunch instead of sitting on my butt in front of my computer today!!  Go me!

Hey abbs- love this idea! 

I actually got my butt up today and went to the gym!!!  Yeaah! And I did 25 minutes of ellipitical, not 20! 

Anyone else?
This may not be a great deal for some but it is to me. Every Wednesday there is an open 'Farmer's Market' in the square downtown. Usually, coworkers ask if I want to go and I decline saying it is too hot or I am too tired (it is 4 blocks away). Well today, I decided that I needed to get off my lazy butt and do something. I went, even bought a lot of fresh veggies, and did not feel tired coming back (even after carrying a 5 pound head of cabbage!). 
"What have you done today to make you feel proud!!" Biggest Loser song! LOL It makes me feel guilty though because I've done absolutely nothing!
I went to the gym, and went over my gym time by about an hour...by accident! I was having a really good time I suppose.
Good job guys!  I was dwelling on the the fact that I stuffed myself for dinner last night so decided to focus on the positive!  Lil' there's still plenty of time in the day, do some ddr!
I actually ate less than 1500 calories the past couple of days! Hello self control... :) , and I have been working out 6 days a week, alternating low intensity cardio and strength training.

I did an hour of weight training w/my trainer and avoided my cardio- JUST LIKE SHE TOLD ME TO (even though it was SO HARD!)

I am also really focusing on "clean eating" too!

It was blazing here in NYC so I am very proud of myself for walking bristly for 30 min about 1mile I hope I burned at least 500 calories anybody know the calculations? I didn't do my tapes today but did ride my bike for 30 mins so I am elated with myself!

Whats wrong with cardio daily?
I guess I should be proud that I walked for an hour today. I aim for most days of the week and even though the scale isn't dropping, at least I'm beginning to not feel worn out during my walk (hopefully I'm starting to tone up).
I ran one extra km today! GO ME!
I went to the gym during my lunch break instead of eating the potluck lunch at the office.  I also have stayed at my 1200 calorie limit for today, even though I have been starving all day.
When I got close to home on my walk I circled the block and added .5 miles to my walk today.  Even though it was really hot and I was pushing my 30-pound brother uphill in a stroller.

Then late-night I had a diet coke instead of a Haagen-daz bar.  Yesterday I totally gave in, so this is a total accomplishment!
I guess everyday im proud of myself when I see my family eating junk food and try tempting me into eating it but i simply say no. also I feel proud i attacked my biceps in a different way.
yesterday i cycled longer than i have before. about 11 miles in just over an hour. Today i am going to try and cycle 12!
