Puffiness day after working out?

Does anyone experence puffyness the day after an intense workout. Yesterday I ran 4 miles, biked 10, and then ran 4 more...also power walked after dinner and did some weight training. Today I feel super puffy.

 

is this normal? I feel like i gained weight or something cause of this puffy feeling..is my body just swelling from yesterday? when will it go down??!!

I get a little puffy sometimes, for me it is water retention. I make sure so increase my water intake. It usually goes down in a day.

so i didnt get fat overnight im just puffY? i need some reassurance

Is this something new for you?  If so, then yes it could certainly make you feel puffy. 

Also, if it's something new, then it's an awful lot to start out with.  Might want to dial it down a notch and give your body a chance to adjust.
