Recipe Ingredients for pui cu orez si legume

230 g boiled chicken breast
200 g boiled carrots
100 g boiled broccoli
100 g boiled cauliflower
40 g raw brown rice, boiled and drained
10 g feta cheese
150 g peppers
80 g red cabbage
8 g olive oil
3 g salt
2 g white pepper

Recipe Directions for pui cu orez si legume

  1. quantities may be modified according to your preferences

  2. boil the chicken breast, drain, cut in long strips then in medium pieces

  3. boil in salty water the chopped carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, drain and put aside

  4. boil the rice (add some grill condiments if you prefer) and drain it, then add the oil and the chopped peppers and keep at small fire for a few minutes, stirring continuously

  5. cut the cabbage in thin strips

  6. put all ingredients in a large ball, add the chopped feta cheese and condiments; mix them well and serve

  7. may be eaten hot or cold

  8. enjoy!
