Vietnamese spinach recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Pui saag

3 serving vietnamese spinach
1 cup chopped Red Onion
1 Medium Tomatoes
1 medium Russet Potato
1 tsp Cumin Seed
6 g Red Chili Powder
1 serving Green chilli
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 tsp Salt
5 g Cumin Powder
3 g Turmeric Powder

Recipe Directions for Pui saag

  1. Chop the spinach, tomato, chilies and potato

  2. Slice the onion

  3. Heat the oil and add cumin seeds and dry red chilies

  4. Add the onion and fry

  5. Add the spices and the fry again

  6. Add the spinach and tomatoes and green chilies.

  7. Add the salt

  8. Cook till tender and check seasoning.

  9. Serve
