ok don't laugh, but I just found a really easy way to sneak in 15mins of arm weights without missing out on the forums here :P

instead of just sitting in my usual bump on a log pose, I have been using my little 5lb weights and doing bicep curls, and arm raises while I'm surfin thru c-c :D

does anyone have one of those humongous exercise balls?  have you ever sat on it while you're surfing?  will it help strengthen your abs?
