Pumpkin Oat Muffins Recipe

Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup canola oil
2 egg whites
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup raisins
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Combine dry ingredients in bowl, mix well.

  3. Make well in center, add oil, egg whites and pumpkin. Mix until just combined.

  4. Add raisins and stir until just mixed.

  5. Spoon into lightly oiled muffin tins and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350.
