Muffins
| 3/4 | cup whole wheat flour |
| 3/4 | cup flour |
| 1 1/2 | cups oats |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
| 1 1/2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 3/4 | cup canola oil |
| 2 | egg whites |
| 1 | cup pumpkin |
| 1/2 | cup raisins |
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine dry ingredients in bowl, mix well.
- Make well in center, add oil, egg whites and pumpkin. Mix until just combined.
- Add raisins and stir until just mixed.
- Spoon into lightly oiled muffin tins and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350.
