Pumpkin Pancakes Recipe

Yummy but heavy - will fill you UP!

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup pumpkin
Directions
mix all ingredients, dry then moist then combine, cook at mediumhigh heaat until brown each side serve with honey and butter
