I just made my own version and loved it!
* nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt (blue bunny)
* Pure Pumpkin
* Pumpkin pie spice
* then i add fiber one or i think reduced fat grahmn crackers would be good too!
Let me know what you think :)

Sounds tasty. I think the DQ version uses vanilla cookie chunks instead of graham crackers. I'd think the grahams would get soggy.
Whats the nutritional info on it? It sounds yummy and I LOOOVVVEE those at DQ. I'm going to add that to my store list. THANKS
Mmm...I think this will be my protein smoothie for tomorrow's NROLFW workout.
sounds so GOOD! i've gotta try it!
That sounds so good, you've inspired me to add light vanilla ice cream, pumpkin pie spice and canned pumpin to my grocery list!
I think im gonna try some Special K Protein Plus cereal in it (it kinda tastes like cinnamon)
How do you blend it? In a big bowl? Im so excited to try this yummy dessert!
I mixed everything by hand but if you added a little non fat milk to it im sure it would come out great in the blender (disregarding the cereal in blender). This is also great with nonfat vanilla yogurt and using a frozen banana to thicken it up!
sounds really good. i am a big fan of all things pumpkin. i love pumpkin ice cream too. this sounds good i will remember it.
mmmmm i love everything pumpkin. Breyers (I think its breyers, if not its edys) makes a good pumpkin ice cream. its 100 cals for a half cup which is usually good for me.
