| 1 | cup low fat cottage cheese |
| 2 | tbsp pumpkin |
| 1/4 | tsp pumpkin pie spice |
| 1 | tbsp raw honey |
Just mix everything together and eat it up. I like it for lunch on days that I need that little bit more protein than usual.
