Recipe Ingredients for pumpkin pie

3/4 cup splenda
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup egg beaters
15 ounce pumpkin
12 ounce evaporated skim milk

Recipe Directions for pumpkin pie

  1. Combine dry ingredients in small bowl.

  2. Stir together pumpkin and egg in large bowl, then mix in dry ingredients.

  3. Slowly add milk and stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

  5. Bake in pre-heated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 and bake for 1 hour, or until top or pie is browned and knife inserted into center extracts clean.
