Recipe Ingredients for Pumpkin Protein Bar

3/4 cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)
8 tbsp Coconut Flour
4 tbsp coconut flakes
1 scoop 100% Whey Protein Powder
10 tsp No Calorie Sweetener
1/2 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
2 serving Clear Soluble Fiber Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 serving Almond Plus Almondmilk
1/4 cup Slivered Almonds
1/4 cup Pepitas
3 tbsp 100% Liquid Egg Whites
2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
1/5 cup Wheat Bran
0.33 tbsp Guar Gum
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 serving Baking Powder
1 1/2 cup pure pumpkin, canned
