makes 2 wonderful loaves
| 3 | cups whole wheat flour |
| 2 | cups splenda |
| 2 | tsp baking soda |
| 1 | tsp baking powder |
| 1 1/2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | tsp nutmeg |
| 1/2 | cup applesauce |
| 3 | eggs |
| 15 | oz pumpkin |
- IN a large bowl combine the whole wheat flour, splenda, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg.
- In a medium bowl combine the applesauce, eggs, and pumpkin.
- Spoon the pumpkin into the dry ingredients and stir VERY well.
- Spray 2 loaf pans and put half the batter into each pan.
- Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
- Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.
- Dump upside down so loaf somes out of pan and cool completely on wire rack.
