pumpkin casserole-type thing
| 1 | cup canned pumpkin |
| 1/3 | cup egg substitute |
| 1 | slice double fiber bread, cubed |
| 1 | dash cinnamon |
| 1 | dash nutmeg |
| 1 | dash vanilla |
| 1 | tsp sugar-free maple syrup |
mix all ingredients except the syrup & microwave 3 min. stir & microwave another few minutes until cooked through. allow to cool, drizzle with syrup & eat!
