pumpkin casserole-type thing

Ingredients
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup egg substitute
1 slice double fiber bread, cubed
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash nutmeg
1 dash vanilla
1 tsp sugar-free maple syrup
Directions
mix all ingredients except the syrup & microwave 3 min. stir & microwave another few minutes until cooked through. allow to cool, drizzle with syrup & eat!
