| 1 | cup peanut butter |
| 1/2 | cup butter |
| 12 | ounces chocolate chips |
| 15 3/5 | ounces chex rice |
| 2 | cups powdered sugar |
- In the microwave, melt the peanut butter, butter, and chocolate chips in a large bowl.
- Add cereal and mix gently to coat with chocolate mixture.
- Put in a covered pot or paper bag. Add powdered sugar and shake to coat.
- Allow to cool slightly before eating.
