Pushing through...advice or suggestions?
I have lost 8lbs in 5 weeks and I just hit my first plateau
It is the same place I plateau every time I try to lose weight but this time I am DETERMINED to push through it and not let this be the point where I give up!
Does anyone have some suggestions for things I can do to kick-start my body into losing again? I try to mix up my cardio workouts twice a week- elliptical, walking, stair climber, bike and I take two weight classes a week and two yoga classes a week. I am eating my calories and really trying to get in all my protein, dairy and fruits/veggies (and I think I am doing a good job - when I do the analysis of my food log it comes back B+ or A-).
Any ideas or suggestions would be welcome and appreciated! Thank you ![]()
Just a question...How long you been at this "plateau"?

Something i do when i hit a plateu is weight myself less often! It really boosts my esteem when i weigh myself and find ive lost 2lb rather than checking the scales all the time and being dissapointed that ive lost nothing!
