I was working out today on the elliptical and something really weird happened. About 30 minutes into my workout, my inner ear started pulsing REALLY hard, and i could hear my hard breathing through it... it actually really freaked me out, so 5 minutes later i jumped off and called it a day. I workout for about 40 minutes INTENSE every single day, with my heart rate about 85% maximum the entire time.
Im also underweight and trying to gain (i know cardio isnt the best, but i love the endorphins), so would this have any link to what happened here today?
Thanks to anyone who knows!!!
It sounds like you where just working out at an intense rate and your heart rate was high. This happens sometimes, when your heart rate is high. Why are you running if you are trying to gain weight? Resistance training also releases endorphins.
