P90X???? Anyone tried it?

Quote  |  Reply

Has anyone tried P90X or anything like it? What did you think and what worked for you. How hard was it really? And where did you start/end. I am looking for something challenging and something to get me in really good shape. I have tried the gym, and I much prefer doing at home exercise.

Thanks for any advice.

There are some really big threads here, a huge one even about women doing P90X.  You shouldn't have to search too far down to find it Smile

There is a P90X group.  I Started P90X in June and finished the 90 day challenge in Sept.  It's great.  In the beginning it was hard and I struggled.  I couldn't even do one real push up.  Now I can do 6 real push ups.  I still do P90X but I don't follow any of the programs.  I do it here and there.  I have toned up and lost 10 lbs.  I didn't follow their diet guide but I did watch what I eat.  The great thing about P90X is that you can modify it to fit you physical capabilities.  You really should do it.  A lot of my friends are doing it and love it.  You may not like it in the beginning but at the end you'll crave the work outs.  Give it a try and let me know what you think.
