Just bought P90X 13 dvds on ebay. Does anybody using it to get in shape and if yes what do you think? I trully belive that to be able to get in shape we need to chalenge and "trick" our bodies. Cause our musles adapting to everything :). Please let me know what do you think about this program. Thanks

I think this program is great!  This is what got me back into shape after having a baby at 40.  The only downside is the amount of instruction once you are into the routine of it.  I tried to get into and hold the yoga poses longer while he was instructing (for example) - you can find ways of not slowing down just because he is demonstrating or talking.  Keep moving and do them all....you will be amazed!Within a few weeks I was noticing big results.

I've heard a lot of success stories coming out of this program and my dad actually bought it a while back. My family likes to get together and do some the workouts (specifically yoga and other fun ones), but no one has really used it to get in shape. The workouts are surprisingly good and will make you work up a sweat. I'd recommend it!

My husband and I have just started the program.  We have (mostly) done 1 week so far.  It is tough.  I really hope we can stick with it.  I already lost a couple of pounds and feel stronger.  I really believe it can work if you follow the diet and do the workouts regularly.

I just completed day 30!  It is a tough program, but if you follow it you will definitely see improvement.  I am already much stronger and have lost a few pounds.  You absolutely have to follow the diet program if you want to see results losing fat, otherwise you will really just get stronger.  I can already tell I am much stronger and more flexible than day 1 and I can't wait to see how much stronger I feel on day 90!!  It is a great program.  Good luck with it!

I just finished my first week and it is definatley intense.  We love it and fully plan on finishing the full 90 days!!

I'm just got done with day 30 and like he said before your abs are made in the kitchen.  I can tell a difference already.  Awesome program for anyone!

P90x is not just a workout but a full plan including nutrition and making the right choices.

I just got back from a long weekend vacation and applied what I learned in the P90x program as far as food choices and activities go.

I was surprised to see that not only did I not gain weight but I actually lost another pound.
