P90X - One Month in (before - after pics)

I am doing P90 Masters right now (baby steps till the X for me). I know its a hard program and you are going to look AWESOME by day 90! I saw on your blog that you metioned your food being off, you better get it in check man, if you do your results will be ind boggling :)

yeah my diet was off a bit! Not the amount of calories but the quality of the calories!! I was getting way to many carbs at the end of the day and it was effecting me gains!! But now I'm back on track and starting to cut up nicely!!

I saw the infomercial on tv the other night. I know mixing up exercise routines works. I thought the exercise looked really fun to do, although I am not sure I can do a pull up. I've never been real good at those.
I sent my hubby the link. I am still trying to convince him the program is good for us. Now I know there is something less intense so we could take it up a step at a time that would be cool at least for me.
My hubby plays soccer and is pretty strong, so he could prolly do it. He has these love handles that won't go even though he loses weight. So, maybe your pics will convince him.
My hubby didn't believe me when I told him we needed this program, he just thinks I fall in love with products I see on tv.
Regarding your 1 month, have you lost weight? Gain weight? Have you increased your food intake? I am afraid i will gain all my weight back when trying the P90x, i lost 20+ lbs but that is with dieting and excercise ( Abs 2 Diet Workout , 2 months already) Was thinking if i should start looking for another program, but this program seems to encourage eating more meals and portions as you say.. Advice me please.
After 90 days? hopefully you continue your healthy lifestyle! I dont think I'd be very happy being in a workout program all my life! And frankly you dont need it! I say reach your goal (through a program like 90x or on your own), once you reach that goal maintain! By the time you reach your goal you'll be on the right track to being healthy!
Dont worry about gaining fat at all! There is so much cardio and weight training that you will be burning a great deal of the calories you take in! I have lost a great deal of body fat after just one month! and I think I tend to eat a little more then whats recommended (trying to bulk up!).
I see programs like p90x as learning tools! once I get done I'll continue to use the exercises in my regular workout routine. but modify them to suit what phase I'm in (bulking or cutting). Hopefully I answered your question! I'm jumpin around a lot! haha
