does anyone get the muffin mixes from quaker oatmeal? they have those muffins in my caf and i had an oatmeal and raisin one and they make it from the packages. i can't find info for the packages anywhere. does anyone know how many calories one would have? it was pretty big and not oily, but i only ate about 3/4 of it.
