I don't like to eat after 8pm, but I still have 75 some odd calories left. Should I just not eat them? I know you shouldn't eat less than 1200 a day but really is it bad to only eat 1,125 of those calories?

Hey, 75 calories doesn't make enough of a difference to hurt your system. It amounts to like not eating an extra serving of salad dressing or something. It won't hurt you, especially if it's not every day.
