question about adding cals...
how long does it take for weight gain to reach a plateau, if it does? in other words, when do people usually have to increase their caloric intake because they aren't gaining? or is it different for everyone?
just out of curiousity - i'm not weighing myself, so i don't really know if i'll need to eat more or not. however, i'll be getting a check-up this friday (and haven't weighed myself for about 3 weeks now).

if someone was weighing 1/wk and saw that they gained 1lb or less, then youd increase by 250-300 cals. so you dont need to wait, if youre not gaining, you increase.
