Question about Analysis/Nutrition Report
I'm unsure about a couple of things.
First, when I click "Analysis" there is a link for the day. When I hover my cursor over the link, my totals for the day pop up in a little mini-window thing. Beside each total, there is a percentage noted in parentheses. What is this percentage? They don't all add up to 100.. My guess is %DV?
Also, the percentage of fat I ate yesterday is kind of high, but like 90% of the fats I ate were unsaturated fat. I was under the impression that unsaturated fats are good for you - a lot of mine comes from things like salmon and almonds - but is it possible to have too much UNsaturated fat? How much is too much?
I'm not very nutrition-savvy so I appreciate any input you can give me! Thanks.
